At FATUM, each piece is made to order with intention and care. Because our artwork and apparel are produced specifically for you upon purchase, our return policies differ by product type.  Please review the sections below carefully.

Fine Art Prints  

All fine art prints and wall art are professionally produced and fulfilled by our fine art printing partner, Fine Art America. Fine art prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery handled directly by Fine Art America. 

Apparel  

All apparel is made specifically for you upon purchase through our production partner, Printful.

Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at fatumpoetry@gmail.com

  • Include your order number

  • Attach clear photos of the issue

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
